All Scream Tek orders are packed securely and sent using a tracked delivery service.

UK delivery

UK Tracked Delivery — £7.95

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery normally takes 2–3 working days after dispatch, although this is not guaranteed.

Tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped.

International delivery

International orders are sent using a tracked service. Current delivery charges are:

1. Republic of Ireland — £13.95
2. Europe — £17.95
3. Remote and non-EU Europe — £21.95
4. Canada — £24.95
5. Australia and New Zealand — £25.95
6. Rest of world — £31.95
7. United States — £34.95

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Most orders arrive within 5–15 working days, but delays can occasionally occur.

Customs and import charges

Orders sent outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees.

Unless these charges are specifically shown as included during checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer. Scream Tek cannot control or estimate charges applied by customs authorities in the destination country.

Delivery addresses

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

Please contact us if your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel arrives damaged.

Keep all packaging and take clear photographs of any damage, as these may be required when making a claim with the delivery provider.
